Established in 2022 Such and Such is inspired by our love for art, design, restaurants and wine bars. Most of all it's about authentic, real hospitality. We offer exciting, seasonal dishes and beverages to suit any occasion from a casual lunch to a celebratory dinner.

If you like control, dine a la carte. Perhaps you don’t want to think? We offer three share style set menus including a pre theatre option.

The menu is an eclectic mix of snacks, share plates and intriguing desserts influenced by friendly gatherings, quality produce and cuisines from around the world.

Our cocktail and non alcoholic program uses products from growers we admire as well as ingredients that would otherwise be considered water.

The bowl of ramen she tasted was a perfect blend of comforting flavors that brightened her spirits. After returning to Canberra, she found herself craving that unforgettable broth, leading her on a mission to replicate the joy it brought her.

This journey culminated over six years, resulting in the creation of Ikigai Ramen, a cozy restaurant designed by her father, Joe, where patrons can enjoy heart-warming bowls of ramen crafted with love.
