This was a very nice restaurant. Food was excellent. I had duck which was so smooth, tender and delicious.

Went here for our anniversary and had a wonderful experience from the decor to the special attention from servers to the delicious food. Great beverage selection, and the food is amazing. Both got the filet mignon which was cooked perfectly and got the brownie Sunday for dessert which was incredible!!

This place is like stepping into a Hallmark Movie! We chose the restaurant based on reviews. It’s very close to Manchester and a nice drive. The food choices are very extensive. We had cod wrapped in prosciutto, the turkey croquettes and a burger. Appetizers (salads and mussels) were also unique and delicious. The bar has a wide variety of cocktails and a nice (and economic) wine list. Service was wonderful and the ambiance is lovely with fireplaces going and a porch setting for dining. Don’t miss this place. It’s a treat.

The place is absolutely adorable with old school character. We arrived a bit early and they accommodated us anyways even before their brunch service began. Our server was incredible. She answered all of our questions and dealt with our special requests. The food was delicious and everything was home made. Can’t wait to go back.

Nice evening out from the greeting at the door to the last bite. Very professional service and everything on the menu was enticing. We each enjoyed our salads and main dishes.

This place is living on past laurels. The food was unimaginative and poorly prepared likely by a stop gap chef. If they wanted to train their kitchen the should at least have a discount night. Would not go back.

Everything about it....the inn is lovely,very pretty town.
The service (by Jillian) was terrific.
The food was absolutely delicious! My husband and I both started with the Dorset salad and it could not have been more fresh, the rolls were the piping hot and so good.
Our entrees were Turkey croquettes (delicious) and the Pork Ribeye could not have been more tender and had a peach glaze.....outstanding!

Always a great dinner when we dine at the Inn. Great food, great drink selection. Wine list, scotch list, beer list.

With white-linen'd tables spaciously set along the pretty town green, Mr. and Mrs. Fussy enjoyed a magical evening al fresco with fresh, creative food paired with an outstanding Sancerre, and a super-pleasant and helpful server. Price was commensurate with the high quality of the ingredients. This dinner was the highlight of our three nights out in the area. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed a very delightful dining experience. Everything about the Dorsett Inn was wonderful - the service was attentive but not stuffy, the menu offered plentiful options ( something of a rarity during COVID) and all of our dishes were delicious. Highly recommend!

Once a year we come to Stratton for a skiing weekend . We gather for dinner each night , and The Dorset Inn has always been a favorite ! The food and service are extraordinary and the staff always friendly! It’s second to none. !!!

We live down the road from Dorset inn and have started coming in more regularly as my hubby and I need to get out more. Dinner is always amazing and we love to sit In the cozy tavern. Service is always impeccable.

First time in Dorset inn. Lovely setting take you back in time. We ordered mostly from the specials and all dishes were excellent. We lived the short ribs. Service superb as well. Recommended.

We had an excellent meal at the Dorset Inn. It's one of our favorite restaurants but wow they really hit it out of the ballpark Sunday night and it was jam packed for the holiday. Maybe a little longer wait for food than normal but the quality was fantastic. Ate in the pub which was cozy and had a fire but that night it was very noisy as lots of big tables for groups. Still a great night.

We loved our meal at the Dorset Inn. The food was delicious, the ambience lovely, and the staff took excellent care of one in our party who has food allergies. Thank you!
