The waitress was nice but very slow service That’s my only complaint as it wasn’t busy disappointed about that food was ok

Horrible! Our server questioned the alcoholic beverages we ordered and told us we could not order more than one drink per every half hour- the one drink we were allowed to order took 20 min to receive. At that time we asked to order another because of how long it took to actually get them & our server rolled her eyes at us and said no. It was an unreal experience and we will NEVER be back. Only go if you plan on drinking water with your dinner.

Our meals did not come out at the same time. I took forever for our drinks. Waitress was rude and came back to our table to complain about our tip. The bill for the 6 of us was $180 and we gave $220 and she came back and asked us for more money...???

We have been in the restaurant many time and each time we have a delicious meal. Service is great and pricing is superb

Very Slow Service! Food just OK! Need to hire some servers with restaurant experience!! Seems like they just hire anyone they can get to wait on the tables! Too Bad, because for a Casino restaurant it should be much better Food & Service!!UGH

The Big Shrimp was awesome, with just the right amount of coating and great home made cocktail sauce. The fries were great and portions were generous. Can't wait to eat here again!

We all especially loved their fries! Portions are large, so we could've shared, but ended up taking 2 containers home.

Typical sports bar food. Food and service was okay.

We've eaten at Fluties before and the food and service have been great but not today... We ordered and had to wait 30 minutes for a Caesar Salad and BLT. Our neighboring table waited 30 minutes for her quesadilla. We had to ask the waitress to go check on our order at the 1/2 hour mark. She had no sense of urgency nor did any of the other waiters. A very disappointing experience.

Staff very attentive and friendly

We have done diner and a movie almost every week with my brother and his wife and headed mixed reviews. We decided to try it for ourselves and were pleasantly surprised. We were very surprised at the quality of the food. It was a Tuesday and the restaurant was quiet but it may have been an off night. It's part of the Casino which we were not interested in. Prices seemed very reasonable.

Service was slow.
First three beers I ordered from the menu were not available.
Steak tips were over cooked chewy and bland.

Always a Happy Friendly face greeting at the front desk, Great comfort foods and drink list. Friendly wait staff always checks to make sure all is well..
Same scenario with every visit..

Reserveved a booth I was told there was none when I got there with half restaurant empty complained and booth magically appeared. Bar was extremely slow. Been there 2 times and both bad experiences. Last time there thanks DOUG pouched that one!

Reservation table ready and set for us, new server very accommodating, food always good. Good value and food for the price.

Always consistent with their food and service. Great portions and we have tried many items in the menu. Burgers are perfection, tuna melt is delicious so much on the menu to choose from - something in the menu fir everyone ...... don’t forget dessert YUMMY

I booked a reservation on line and it was all set when we arrived. The food was great and the service excellent.

We’ve been a few times and everything was great. This time not so much. The drinks seemed watered down and my daughter had the salmon which was very dry. She would not let the waitress know, so that was on her.
I will try again. Maybe it was an off day.

Terrible place

We went here after a Patriots’ game. We wanted some tasty pub grub - and that’s what we got. The sausage cacciatore I had was excellent. Huge portion! My wife really loved the fried shrimp! We had great local beers and cocktails. Desserts were great - especially the carrot cake. We will definitely go back to Flutie’s when we’re in the area again!!

I had a great experience taking my mom in a wheelchair and my wife for dinner. The food was plentiful and very good. The service was excellent, we had Nicki and she was excellent. I had reviews before and was reluctant to come here but I'm glad I did, great restaurant.

We visited Flutie's mid week for a quick anniversary night out. What a great choice we made. Avery, our waitress did a superb job. We've already told several friends to visit Flutie's as well.

Food always consistently prepared and delivered as ordered. Service can be sporadic at times but for the most part, very good. Best to use the Open Table App as the place being in a casino, can get quite busy at times and the Open Table App is the way to be assured of a table when you want.

First time here, food was actually very good. Party of four, we order a meatloaf, cheeseburger, Caesar Salad with crispy shrimp and a pot roast, then shared a huge pretzel as dessert. We were all very happy with our meals, food was tasty, would definitely go back. Only complaint was the salad had way too much dressing, would order on the side next time. All in all, everyone was happy!

The food was just mediocre but the service and the atmosphere were great. I am hoping that maybe it was just an off night with what we ordered (but a sports bar should be able to make chicken wings and poutine) so I would try it again and order something else.

excellent menu. had the Patty Melt and it was delicious and very generous. French Fries were
great. Husband had fried fish sandwich and loved it. Service okay not bad just okay.

We have eaten at Flutie's several times. The food is always consistent. A great thing they do is change up the menu every few months so there is always a wonderful selection of food from awesome burgers and salads to entrees. Servers are attentive and lots of TV screens too watch whatever sports you can think of. They are very accommodating to making sure everything goes right!!

Fluties is good for a casual meal, especially if you have interest in a TV sports event.
The restaurant has improved since the opening match months.
The service is good but it does take quite a while to receive your dinner.
The Big Shrimp and the Pot Roast are the best items on the menu.
The restaurant tends to offer too many SMOKED dishes, even the soups have a smoked flavor.
So I avoid those items.

I had a reservation at Flutie's for 7 through Open Table at 6:45 pm to watch the Kentucky Derby and have dinner. We got to Plainridge Park at 5:30 and signed up for our rewards card. I was pleasantly surprised to get a discount coupon book which include a free appetizer at Flutie's Pub with an entrée. We headed to the restaurant to check on our reservation and the host told us that we were all set for 6:45. After playing some slots we all met back at 6:43 and we were told that our table is ready. The hostess sat us, just as the race was about to begin, at a long table right in front of jumbo screen TV. Our waitress, Alexis, was right there with our menus and she took our drink orders. For apps we had the App Sampler, Chicken Quesadilla and the Spinach Dip. All excellent. For dinner we ordered a chicken sandwich, a salad, a cheeseburger, chili, chicken wings, a patty melt, fried shrimp dinner and I had steak tips with real mashed potatoes and asparagus. The portions were great and everyone was happy with their meal. The service Alexis provided was outstanding and the prices are very reasonable for such a nice place. We all left happy and full!

Not a great value, for being in a casino. Overcooked burger, charred salmon and warm onion rings. Waitress indifferent. Wouldn't visit again.

The reception was excellent ... the waitress did an excellent job ...but the value (food vs price) was way out a line ... I had meatloaf (and I have meatloaf everywhere) ... one of my favorite meals ... the portion was one slice (the least I have ever been served) ... and the price was not representative of the size of the serving ... in other words, it was expensive .... it was also burnt ... I called for the manager and she took it back to the kitchen where they replaced the slice and returned the plate with the same food plus the new slice ... now the onion rings (old) were cold and whatever was there was also cold ... very unprofessional ... if you are replacing a portion of the meal, replace the whole meal ... in sports terms, very bush league ....did I make myself clear ... not a great experience for an anniversary dinner ....

Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the fish and chips. The prices are lower than expected and the food exceeded expectations.

Our appetizer was delicious (large pretzel), however out of 5 people, none of us liked our meals. The service was subpar. I may come back for a drink and appetizer with just my husband and sit at the bar, but I wouldn't go for dinner.

It's all just ok. Nothing great, nothing terrible, just meh. Basic bar food nothing really out of the box. Service was good though! We were late for our reservation and were still seated immediately on a pretty busy night!!
