   So this is a total bummer because this has been one of our favorite go tos for sushi. There was an overserved table by the bar that was completely obnoxious at 6:30p. The food was definitely not up to standards as we didn’t really care for two of the rolls and the Brussel sprout salad was definitely not as good as it used to be. The service was somewhat better than last time but we’ve had some pretty terrible experiences here lately.

   Normally love my experience at E+O. This time service was ridiculously slow. A bottle of wine took over 10 minutes and then appetizers took another 20 minutes. Server practically never stopped by so took forever to put actual order in. Hopefully when I go back it’s a better experience!

   This was our first time time at E & O. We had the kale salad which was fabulous!! The sushi was fresh and very good. The decor looks like it would be by the ocean - nice, bright, soothing. We will be back!

   Very high quality dishes - unique tastes that reward the adventurous. We had salmon sashimi with poached pear in truffle soy sauce. What a combo! Excellent wine pairings as well, with plenty of glasses so you can vary by dish instead of investing in a whole bottle that you can't finish. Service was prompt, not overly fussy, but professional. Prices are OK and certainly worth it for the quality.

    We had a great Mother's Day brunch at E&O in Hyde Park. Service was great, food was excellent (all 4 of us had different items) and the prices were reasonable. I recommend it.

    Value just isn’t there. Paid $36 for 4 small lamb chops with no sides, kitchen was extremely slow and white wine came out room temperature. For that price point, I would have expected more.

    Food and service were excellent. We were seated in the front room on the right. There are way too many tables in this area which makes the noise level unbearable. We couldn't hear the waitress at all until she deeply leaned over the table and my wife and I had to yell to talk to each other. Do not sit in thus area if you wish to have conversation.

    Open table times are incorrect for this restaurant. We booked a late night table with open table and didn’t find out until we got to the restaurant, that it was already closed. Despite that, I received an open table note asking for a rating. Time to get the app updated with the actual open timing of the restaurant.

    Have eaten at E+O multiple times, the food is always phenomenal however the service is hit or miss. If it's not very busy and they seem fully staffed, the service can be great! However our most recent experience they may have been understaffed because they didn't seem very busy, and our table was frequently forgotten. We didn't even meet our server until we had been sitting for 20 minutes and drank an entire carafe of water. We then got our appetizers and main dishes all at once, after the server vocalized his intention to pace the meal since we had already been waiting so long. Usually not a big deal but for a premium price and a marketed upscale restaurant, I expect more of the service. Highly recommend the food though.

    This is the best service we have had at a restaurant in a long time! Everyone from the host to the kitchen staff, management and servers (ours and others treated us with friendly hellos and all said thank you upon leaving. This is a level of service above and beyond anything I’ve experienced in a very long time. The food was really good, our cocktails were perfect and our server was super helpful with suggestions. The ambiance was light and airy with lots of live plants and bright whites walls. Felt fresh and upbeat.

    I did not like the food. The atmosphere and service are good. The bowls come with no sauce- it’s just rice & vegetables all diced in a bowl. No flavor, very dry and unimaginative .

    We had such a great experience and our waitress Shannon (I think) was a highlight too! Loved the fresh crafted cocktails, Brussel sprout salad, delicious bowls and sushi and key lime pie to celebrate a birthday!     Awesome food. In our top 10 go to places ! Tables a bit close and we had very loud obnoxious 4 top next to us making our conversation difficult. Not sure how to handle these types of patrons. Service was wonderful. Despite listening to constant boasting going on next to us, nice birthday celebration.

    It was decent but I wouldn't go there for Brunch again. Service was slow and they forgot a few things and we had to ask for milk a couple of times, ask for spoons, ask for knives. And the food was uninspired.

    Just went to e+o Hyde park for the first time and it was even better than expected! We tried the shishito pepper appetizer, which was excellent. We also had the salmon and hamachi nigiri, the fire and ice sashimi, and the number 4 roll and dragon’s breath roll. Everything was so delicious! Probably the best sushi I’ve had since moving to Cincinnati. Can’t wait to come back and try some of the entrees!

    Such a great time! Service was wonderful and waitress made great recommendations. I love the E+O famous salad and the Paloma. Also tried the spiced salmon, which was fantastic but not a super large portion. Perfect for me, but for a heavier eater it may need an appetizer to supplement.

    Food was delicious! The seating is very close together and the waitstaff has to squeeze through tables, though. Overall atmosphere is beautiful but a little noisy for more intimate dates, perfect for a lively get together.
