Eastwind

First time here. The place and service is nice, but the Chinese food was average at best unfortunately. Many places near my house that make better food. Thankfully had a sushi roll with it and that was excellent. I would go back and have sushi again, but not the Chinese food.

Food was edible but nothing special. Sparerib app had no sauce on them. Korean Short ribs were not worth the $22. Hardly any meat and taste wasn’t anything special. My wife had to drawn the beef chow fun in dumpling sauce to give it flavor. Service was good and the management was very friendly.

We thought Eastwind was going to be a step up from Chinese take out, but it may have been a step down.

Won’t be back.

We was trying to eat Chinese food and I founded this amazing restaurant with a great staff everything was great the food , service, ambience and I have to say thank you so much to Liang and Peter they was so nice and take care of me every second thanks guys

We are regulars at EastWind; one of our favorite restaurants at Resorts A.C. the food is excellent; the ambiance is great and the staff is friendly. The best waitress at East Wind is "Mae-Ling" or "Mae". Make sure you ask for her when you are there.

The food is fresh and yummy. It is not typical strip mall food or flavors. The staff are very nice but between the masks and the accent it wasn’t always easy to understand them. They put extra effort into being understood. Instead of describing a dish that I wanted to know about, my waiter went to get a photo so I could see it myself. It is a bit pricey but so is everything good in the area. They allowed us to order from their menu as well as the menu from the sushi restaurant next door. It was all very well done.

With the seating on the boardwalk, there was absolutely no social distancing. The tables were pretty close as well. The food tasted just like any other Chinese Takeout. Nothing to write home about. The service was basic.

During the pandemic, Eastwinds and Mukashi are combined with outdoor seating on the boardwalk. We loved the fact that we could order from both menus, and did. Outdoor seating provides its own challenges as well as reduced capacity. But the food is excellent. Although they did forget the salmon skin in the Pokedon, they brought it to us ummediately once we told them it was missing. Eating off of paper plates, to-go containers and plastic forks and plastic cups isn't the Elegance normally provided by the restaurant, but considering the challenges of not being able have indoor dining, they did an excellent job of accommodating. Their service is also excellent and the servers and managers checked on us frequently.

Horrible I had food money coming from the casino asked them to use it and they didn’t they used my Comp points so I called the next day because they didn’t even give me receipt they never got back to me

Pretty sure we were served instant ramen in the ‘seafood ramen soup’.. calamari was overcooked.. our drinks were strong and thank goodness they were. Food wasn’t good at all.

We had a great dinner with large portions. I look forward to going back soon.

Last minute reservation, excellent food and great service !

The service was great and the food at first was great until a few hours later when we both had piercing headaches did we realize that they had used MSG in the food. I am still feeling the effects, today. Other than that; we really were happily surprised and would have gone back. Wah Wah, our server, was awesome!!! If you don’t have an issue with MSG; worth checking out.

Very disappointed in the food and service. Totally not worth it. Absolutely rude server who had no idea about the menu.

Everything was excellent! We will definitely be back!

Over price and food not tasty at all.

Good just a little bland

Service was very good. As soon as we asked about the peking duck option, our server went back to the kitchen to make sure that this was still available for us (we visited the night before the August airshow and all places were very busy). He indicated that it may take the kitchen up to an hour to prepare, but we were actually served within 30 mins. The food was very good, though we thought portions were on the small side. All restaurants are expensive in the casino area, so to keep everything in perspective, I would say the value is fair. Drink/cocktail specials are actually a good deal if you find something you like.

Small portions. It says half for the Peking Duck but they served less than half of the duck. But the food was delicious, anyway, so not too much complaint.

Very good food. Good atmosphere. Little expensive, but hey, it's in a Casino.

Service and seating were fine. Food quality was pretty ordinary.

Absolutely terrible meal. I’ve eaten here many times before but this weekend was a disaster. Slow, poor service, food as ok but we waited like an hour for the main courses which came out at all different times. Very disappointed. Won’t be back there.

Great food , service at a great price

Food was average at best, was not very flavorful. Prices were good. Restaurant was not very clean, many tables were not cleared from earlier patrons and floor was very dirty. I would not return or recommend.

Was on family vacation and decided to try Eastwind. Kenny our server was outstanding! Food was excellent. Had a good time

The food was delicious alot of food for the price. Wont leave you broke. The steam dumplings were very good cooked just right. The low mein was delicious the noodles were cooked just right. The beef with broccoli was very good the beef very tender and broccoli was fresh and sauce was not over whelming just right. The general tsoa chicken was not very spicy but it still was delicious. Again great food and plent for the price.

Food was great but had to wait too long for meal I think cooks were on a break

Our dinner was delicious, the service was outstanding and the ambiance was relaxing. I will certainly come back and would recommend Eastwind to others.

The menu is somewhat small. The prices are moderate. I enjoyed the dumplings and General chicken, but my wife's shrimp and scallop wok was way too spicy and full of vegetables that were not appetizing. She thought it would be more of a wok stir fry rather than a soup like dish.

First time at Eastwind. Had the duck. Cooked well with crispy skin. As for service, we felt rushed

They have a lunch and dinner special. I went to the dinner special . It was 16.99 and it gave 3 courses, appetizer ,entree, and dessert. It was delicious and really a great value

Immediate seating, fast service, friendly staff, large portions but the food didn’t seem to have much flavor. May have better luck with other entrees. Maybe worth a second look sometime.
