The food was excellent. But our waitress was not. When she greeted us she told us to order quickly because of the capacity restrictions on the restaurant, so she basically wanted to rush us out. Then, it took her 15 minutes to come back and even take our order, and an hour for the entrees to come! We were there for 2 hours because of the slow service. She also rarely checked on us and never asked how our meal was, nor did she give an explanation as to why we waited an hour for our dinner. She was not attentive. I would go back because the food was delicious, and would hope to have better service next time.
We had lunch in the covered area. Nice setting that provided some privacy from pedestrians along the street. Great service and good quality food.
Overall, everything was very good, but could use some tweaking. Covid protocols were followed. We had a reservation but were disappointed with our table. Unfortunately we were seated right next to the servers station. They not only input their orders there but also congregated at moments to chat. We also had a visual of people entering/exiting the restroom. A curtain should be around that entire corner to prevent that whole area being seen while eating.
Our server was nice but not well trained. She should have came to our table in a more welcoming way. The restaurant knew it was our anniversary. She never said anything about this. She didn’t know off the top of her head what beers were on tap or what wines they were out of. She continuously had to look at her notes. Unfortunately they were out of the first 2 wines I ordered. I had to ask what the soup of the day was (after she asked if we had any questions about the menu). She never mentioned if there were specials. She just didn’t seem to really know the menu.
The meal itself was delicious. Great presentation. Great value for the money. Nice portion size.
A different server brought us our dessert and did wish us a happy anniversary.
The ambiance was nice (except for our particular table). The other annoying thing though was the loudness of one lady. He voice carried throughout the dining area. She was seated off to the side where there is a curtain. I wish the staff did close that curtain to help maintain the noise level.
The food was incredible. My wife and I shared the tuna tartare and the B.L.T. salad for our appetizers. The tuna was the best we have ever eaten. We both followed with the seared scallops entre which included risotto and asparagus, which was cooked to perfection. Our waiter, Justin, was outstanding. They use him as trainer for new hires. He is the epitome of what a good waiter should be. He's a true classy professional. We have always enjoyed our meals at The Edge over the years. But, we still had a different favorite restaurant in the valley. Well, that has changed!!!!
We came after our courthouse wedding & have come back every year since. The mushroom risotto is AMAZING. The cocktails are great & make sure you save room for dessert!
Had a nice time on the outdoor patio. Food and drink were great. Best tuna tartar in my opinion.

sat outside along the sidewalk/road. Noise level was bad due to cars and motorcycles. However, it was well worth the trade off since we had a wonderful dinner celebrating our anniversary.

This was are 2nd time at Edge. While we needed up waiting over 30 minutes past our reservation to get our table - it was worth the wait. No doubt, Edge is our new favorite restaurant. Food is fantastic.
The food was spectacular. We started with the Cheese Tray, nice light bite to share. The NY Strip with Pea pods was perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. I always judge a restaurant on how they treat the vegetable sides and these were fantastic. My wife had the Duck and raved about the perfect doneness and the mushroom Spatzele. The dessert trio was awesome also, we shared it and enjoyed each flavor combination. Our server I think Antonella (may not be correct but we knew her from her working at Lilly's Sushi) was fantastic. She was very friendly and attentive.
We will definitely be back.

Our waiter, Tyler, was awesome! He was very attentive, polite and helped me find the perfect wine for my dinner. We asked for our 2nd round of drinks to be served with dinner, our waiter served us our 2nd round and told us they were plating our dinners as we spoke.... a glass of wine and an hour later, our dinner was finally served. So, we drank an extra round that we were not expecting. But beside the hick up if dinner being served later than we thought, this was one of the best meals we have ever had!

Reliably delicious food, and attentive staff. Always ask for the special. Even during COVID Edge has not sacrificed their quality, cleanliness, and experience for an amazing meal! It’s the only restaurant where I have multiple go-to favorite dishes.
Everything was great, good food and service. Patio looks nice but we sat inside and had plenty of space.
They have adapted to coronavirus well. Sat outside and it was very nice.
Drinks, entrees and dessert were incredible. Had sangria, hummus, halibut special/ duck and creme brûlée. Hummus appetizer tasted like it was mixed with water and had no seasoning. It had like a runny red pepper purée in the middle which didn’t help the bland flavor. Entrees were unique and fish and duck were cooked perfectly. Enjoyed a creme brûlée to split at the end. It was one of the best I’ve had and my boyfriend agreed.

My only problem was I made a reservation through open table for two.
I then changed it to four it seamed that that information did not get to you. I did have a copy of the change that I made. the hosted found seating for us but i was not pleased with her attitude. Our server was great we were celebrating 3 Birthdays and he and the rest of your staff was very accommodating.

The food and service was amazing. We got the crispy pork belly after the waiter recommended it. The food melted in your mouth and was divine! We also had the salmon and rack of lamb, both delicious and cooked perfectly. The waiter was super attentive and they were on top of filling our drinks and clearing our plates, without making you feel rushed. Again, everything was terrific and we will definitely be coming back!
We tried Edge for happy hour and were very impressed. The server was great and the food and drinks were delicious. We will definitely be back for dinner soon.
The outdoor seating is very beautiful and the menu seemed great. But this led to high expectations that were not at all met. It took almost 20 minutes to get (non-alcoholic) drinks which were never once refilled. Our waters were refilled only when bone dry. Dinner took unreasonably long to come out and our waitress was very unhappy when we asked for extra bread. She also forgot, so we eventually had to flag down a food runner to bring us some. It took an hour for my half dozen oysters on the half shell to come out. They had clearly been ready for a while as the ice underneath them had melted substantially which was not only messy but watered them down. Nobody ever came to check on me so I just ate them. Pretty crappy for an $18 appetizer. When a busser came to take the plate it was so overflowing with melted ice, he had to drain it into my water glass just to be able to carry it away.
It took another half hour (hour and a half start to finish) to get our dinner out. There was no salt or pepper on the table (I'm guessing because of COVID restrictions), so I asked for pepper which eventually came as we were finishing the last bites of our meals. My boyfriend's steak was drowned in sauce; he had asked for no mushrooms because he thought they were in the sauce. A good server would have asked if he still wanted the sauce. He was so starved he just wiped as much off as he could and ate it. My mom's mushroom risotto was drowned in truffle oil it was nearly inedible. My pasta sauce was thin and milky with no flavor, shrimp was over cooked, and peas were hard. The whole experience was very disappointing as I was introducing my boyfriend to my parents for the first time. We were all so hangry and disgusted with service nobody got a good first impression of the other. I had high hopes based on the menu and ambiance, but service and food fell flat. Not even a half-hearted apology for the long wait. Also, the meal also cost well over $200.
Our waiter was great! He made conversation with us and described the menu throughly. He answered all the questions we had. Service was great and so was the food! Highly recommend.
