The cauliflower small plate is wonderful. I had a soup special - chicken and barley- it was excellent. My husband and my entrees were also excellent. Wonderful flavors; varied menu. Great restaurant. Service was exceptional too.
Service was impeccable. Food which included baked brie, tuna tartare, calamari, and cheese plate for appetizers and strip steak, mushroom risotto with beef tips, seafood special, and hamburger for mains were all fantastic. We can't wait to return sometime in the near future.

Our daughter goes to Lehigh University. She turned 20 and we took her to the Edge. It was lovely, great food, lovely waitress who was great about our daughters allergies. Overall a lovely night.

Food and ambiance were excellent as usual. In the past the service was spotty, not so tonight though our server had to leave early. Food value was five star but wines are always over priced, but what restaurants don’t overcharge. Our first wine choice from the wine list was not available but the staff offered a more expensive wine and discounted at the price of our first pick. Always one of the best elegant restaurants in Bethlehem.
The perfect place for a celebration dinner. The service was outstanding and the food even better. We will be back again soon!

Amazing!! The steak was honestly the best steak I’ve had in a while. Cooked perfect, and the flavor was amazing. I also really enjoyed the entertainment!! My fiancé loved the lobster. All of our food was of high quality and the prices were not that bad for the quality of food.

This is not my first visit. I am so happy Edge is now open for lunch. It is well priced and very comfortable in a beautiful space. As usual the food and service were excellent.
Went to Edge to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday and they were easily able to accommodate our group of 8, including a toddler. Our waiter was fun and friendly, although the service did get a little slow towards the end of the night. Food was delicious and good size portions. I will definitely be going back!
We made this reservation last minute as our previous plans were cancelled due to me not feeling well. So we decided to go out for dinner close by. We have gone Edge for years and the experience somehow gets better and better everytime. Our waiter went out of his way to ensure our time spent was to perfection. Before I would even finish the last sips of my drink, I had a new one delivered right away. It was our one year wedding anniversary and they brought out complimentary champagne and dessert with a lovely candle. Our night was completely turned around and in no way are we surprised, just very grateful. The service is beyond impeccable and we look forward to our next meal there.

This was my first time dining at Edge and I was not disappointed. We went for our anniversary and it was a perfect way to celebrate. Chris, our waiter, was fantastic and would anticipate our needs without being asked. The food, desserts, and drinks were fantastic. We will definitely be back!
I did not like the Restaurant week meal.
The Portabella appetizer was not as expected. I couldn't taste any mushroom at all. It was dry and tasteless.
The Shrimp was good but the Broccoli Rabe was stringy and bitter.
Dessert was good.
I didn't like the menu...too many odd starches...I hate grits, for example.
I've had great food there, so I consider it a fluke.
We have wanting to try Edge for awhile and decided Restaurant Week would be a good time. We chose the special menu because of its variety. The appetizers, tuna tartare and a mushroom tart, were generous portions. Our entrees, duck Wellington, and shrimp with broccoli rabe, mushrooms, and potatoes were both amazing. The desserts were delightful, especially the flourless chocolate cake with Bailey’s whipped cream. Service was excellent from the host and hostess, to the runners, to our polite and attentive waitress. We took a look at the regular menu since we will definitely be back - most likely with friends.
Food is a little over priced for what you get. The tuna appetizer is always great but your entrees are really over priced for what they are. I’m not cheap by any means but your entrees are not worth$29 they are good but not that level. Step it up change your menu it needs an update.
First I would note our waiter Chris was excellent and very professional. He made the evening an enjoyable experience from the very start.
We went for the fixed price menu as part of the Downtown restaurant week and we were not disappointed. The food was done perfectly and the portions were more than ample. My wife enjoyed the Roast Duck and I had the shrimp St. Jacques. My appetizer of the duck confit egg rolls were excellent.

Chris is an amazing waiter! He goes above and beyond for his customers. Honestly we almost left before eating due to the hostess giving us the lunch menu. Chris came over as I was standing up to leave and noticed the menu was wrong. He immediately got the correct menus. We were immediately impressed by his professionalism. The escargot was excellent. The chicken dish was fantastic but the risotto accompanying it was not my favorite. My husband said the duck was the best he ever had and the mushrooms melted in his mouth. The chipwich dessert was a great grand finale. Great dinner and even better service.
Staff was very congenital and helpful. Food thoughtfully done. Bar had no Absinthe, so there was no respectable Sazerac to be had. Bartender tried her best, but it did not work. Want to be considered a Lehigh Valley destination restaurant? Then be more proactive in your thinking. It’s Absinthe! Buy a bottle and put it on your shelf - it won’t go ‘bad.’ Promise.
My wife and I went there for our 5th wedding anniversary. We had an amazing waiter who was very attentive to our needs. He went through all the different menus to make sure we did not have any questions. For an appetizer we had the shrimp cocktail and the mushroom risotto with pan seared foie gras. It was phenomenal. My wife have their crab mac n cheese for her entree and I had the pan seared duck breast. Both were really good. For dessert we had the vanilla bean creme brûlée. Our waiter gave it to us on the House because it was our anniversary. We will definitely be dining here again with so many excellent choices on the menu and such great service.
Always amazing food and great service! We ordered a table full of appetizers bc we couldn’t pick, shares dinners and couldn’t miss dessert.. the creme brûlée is so good! We left so full!

Initially service was slow but once we ordered food it came out quickly. Likely just slow waitress or under staffing.

Overall it was a positive experience. A very nice touch from the restaurant to offer a complementary dessert for the birthday person. Food was great but service could use a little more training. My semi empty glass of water was never filled during dinner and then when we were still enjoying dessert, the waitress presented the bill without us asking for it and making us feel rushed although it was an early weeknight with plenty of open tables.
First time dining at this restaurant. Absolutely phenomenal! Everything from the very knowledgeable server to the food and all the service we had in between! Definitely will be dining here again!
