   Easily the best restaurant in Fredericksburg! Great cocktails, wonderful wine list, the food is beautifully prepared and oh those steaks!! Just eat here, all other joints in town pale in comparison.

   I consider myself a great home cook and a foodie. I really wanted the halibut, but our server Lindsay really sold the delmonico ribeye. Probably one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. That rub is insane. I’ve never had anything like it. And the creamed kale was outstanding. Lindsay provided exceptional service and was very friendly. If I had to pick on anything, it’s your steak knives. They need sharpening. Lol. We will definitely be back soon.

   The food was amazing the cowboy steak and lobster was sooooo good. Tip- tooooo dark Tip- complimentary bread tooooo plain, need oil and herbs 🌿 Tip- The booth by the bar with pillows behind it there's not enough room to get back in there I did not enjoy sitting there for sure.

    This is easily one of the best restaurants in Fredericksburg. Every time we come we always have a great meal, the service is outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoy ourselves. They have some mainstays, but they have some new seasonal items each time we come too.

    Premium restaurant in Fredericksburg. Reminded me of the New York steak houses of my youth. Superior service. Great cocktails and the filet mignon was fantastic. The desserts are also excellent; not an afterthought like other steak joints.

    Fahrenheit is our go to for special occasions because it never disappoints!! And this visit was no different! This occasion was my husband’s birthday. I had the halibut … cooked perfectly! Service was prompt and friendly. Can’t wait to get back!!!

    Best meal my boyfriend and I have had in a very long time. Every dish was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The steak melts in your mouth. Everything was absolutely amazing and we will be back. I’m already craving the truffle Mac and cheese!!

    Absolutely my favorite place for an amazing Steak!!!! The food is incredible, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable about EVERYTHING on the menu. Every server that passes your table makes sure you have everything you need without being overbearing. They remember you and several have remembered what I like and how I like it cooked. My wife loves the drinks. She has one with a slice of "candied" Ginger in it that makes her squeal with delight every time she has one. If you decide to visit, get the porter house, medium to medium rare, with the truffle Mac!!! Your life will be changed, trust me!!!

    We came for a birthday dinner and it did not disappoint. The filet was amazing. The drinks were great as well. I loved the fact that we could carry on a conversation and hear each other. The service was fantastic. We will be coming back again. Reservations are a must and I can see why.

    Another wonderful experience with ‘framily’ at Fahrenheit. Well served and pampered by our waitstaff Austin. Pre-dinner drinks were on spot, apps, dinner and dessert were perfectly prepared and presented. Highly recommend for a wonderful experience in Fredericksburg.

    Did not live up to what I have heard. Staff was like robots, did not enter act, say anything, kind of awkward / kind of snobbish, one person reached over us across the whole body to replace knife did not say excuse me or anything during mid bite. Knife was dirty did replace and apologized with free dessert. Food I thought was good. I would probably try this restaurant again but, not any time soon. The price I thought was to expensive for the overall quality of the whole experience, which I would not mind paying if it was better.

    Went for a birthday dinner. We had reservations for 4pm when they opened. I was surprised to find there was a line to get in. We were seated right away. It’s a pricey place to eat but worth every penny. Always have excellent service. Food is excellent

    We have the Ribeye for 2, perfect for date night or a special event. Stephanie was perfect at seeing to our every need. We did have a table by the bar which made for a very active environment. Not the best for a dinner for two. But this is still one of our favorite places. Just insist on staying away from the tables adjacent the bar for more intimate evenings.

    Very nice restaurant for the Fredericksburg area. Service was amazing . I ordered the ribeye , green beans and mashed which were all very good . I was disappointed to hear that some sort of molasses were used in the steak rubs. Not sure why sugar needs to be added to a good steak. If I returned , I would probably ask if it could be skipped for me . I’m super conscious about my sugar intake but didn’t want to be trouble .

    This was my husband and I second dine, invited another couple for the first time (it was his wife birthday) they enjoyed it all from start to finish. Will invite another couple hopefully they will say the same thing. Great job you train your staff every well, still very impressed.

    We were seated right away when we arrived for our 7:00 pm reservation. Our waitress was attentive and reported to her manager that the Porkchop my husband ordered was overcooked. The manager immediately fixed the situation by ordering another porkchop (medium-rare), and they wrapped the other pork chop (to-go). Our Mastiff will have a feast with the overcooked Porkchop. 😋😋

    Always an outstanding experience. The best steak house between Richmond and DC, and beyond. Blows the doors off of high-end chain steakhouses like Ruth's Chris etc.
