We are a sake-focused dining experience featuring a seasonal tasting menu designed to pair with sake brewed on site. “Engawa” is a traditional Japanese word for the wooden outside porch of a home, a place where neighbors gather and relax together. Our dining room reflects that spirit—casual, welcoming, and centered around sharing sake. Our menu is designed so each dish complements the flavors of the sake produced in our brewery. Because the experience centers on sake, courses are intentionally paced so guests can enjoy both food and sake together. Dinner typically takes about 90 minutes. One welcome sake sample is included, and optional guided sake pairings are available. We are unable to accommodate vegan diets or extensive dietary restrictions. If bringing children, please let us know in advance. OpenTable Experience reservations show an estimated price and are not prepaid. Payment is completed after dinner using our Square terminal.
