Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available. This Javier's location opened its doors in 2012 and has various positive reviews in the Las Vegas Sun and other publications.
