ラスベガス旅行中のランチで訪問。テラス席を案内され
噴水ショーを観ながら食事が出来たので満足しました。
食事はパスタを頼みましたが、味的には普通だったと思います。

こちらのシェフのジャーダの番組を以前見ており、せっかくラスベガスに行くからには一度レストランに伺いたいと思い予約を入れました。
お店の雰囲気、料理の質ともに素晴らしかったです。
一つ一つの料理もアメリカンな大味ではなく、日本人の口にも合うイタリアンでした。
コストパフォーマンスもフォーコーナーズに位置していることを加味してもとても良いと思います。
自分はあまり英語がスムーズではないのですが、担当のウェイターの方はそのことがわかるとゆっくり丁寧に声をかけてくださり、とても親切でした。
ラスベガスに行く際はまた訪れたいと思います。

ワインも豊富にあります。
南部料理なので、ガンボも美味しいですが、お肉も、魚もふつうに美味しく、洗練された味です。
日本人にはおおきすぎるのが常のお肉。シェアしたいと頼んだら、一口さいずにスライスして、出してくれました。
