Enjoy unique appetizers including four-cheese fondue, seasonal soups and salads, creative entrées including the classic Wiener schnitzel, seared meats and fresh fish. Our Executive Chef Nicolas Lebas, crafts old world cuisine with regional western fare from local family farms to create a contemporary and refreshing take on traditional alpine cuisine. A variety of fresh desserts from the in-house pastry chef Catherine Balken, are also available. Enhance your visit with a selection from our award-winning wine list, a Wine Spectator awardee since 1995.We have a $55 per bottle corkage fee for wine our guests bring to the restaurant. Guests are permitted a maximum of two bottles per party. We offer complimentary valet parking.
The Brass Tag restaurant, located in The Lodges at Deer Valley, serves dinner daily 5:00-10:00pm. Chef Cody Cisneros and Restaurant Manager Willow Chukas guarantee you will enjoy their selection of Contemporary Italian cuisine either at your table or to-go, including Hand-Made Pastas, Caprese Burger, Pomodoro, Brick-Oven Pizzas and more. The enchanting indoor atmosphere harkens to Park City’s silver mining heritage. A sunny summer-time patio is very inviting during the post bike-ride summer months. A full bar, draft beer and wine are available. We are able to accommodate most dietary needs.
