I honestly thought she was being overly dramatic, but I was sorely mistaken! The story behind each dish was just amazing to hear and the freshness of the ingredients for every dish was incomparable. Even the explosion of the lotus flower bomb in your mouth was something to behold. The decor absolutely sets the stage and tells the story of the food being served. I can't wait to come back; and to be able to share this experience with family whom dare I say would have never tried this unless I brought this to them and for them to enjoy it just as much as I did, I will never forget this experience and will most definitely be back!
