地元の生産者と提携して、可能な限りオーガニックで新鮮な地元の最高級の食材を確保しています。旬のものを用いて定期的に入れ替えるために、シンプルなメニューを提供しています。乾燥パスタの代わりに、小麦粉と卵で自家製パスタを作っています。冷凍ニョッキを使用せずに、じゃがいもの皮を剥いて、新鮮でふんわりとした自家製ニョッキを用意しています。シェフは、収穫したばかりの食材を使っておいしい料理を作り上げています。地元の食材が確保できない場合は、ゲストに説明しています。レストランでは、ファーム・トゥ・テーブル（農場から食卓へ）をコンセプトにしており、シェフは様々なエスニック料理を取り入れて自由に創作していますが、ほとんどの料理はイタリア料理とアメリカ料理から発想を得ています。地域コミュニティとつながりを持ち、ライブ音楽、アート展、農家訪問のイベントも開催しています。お気軽にお立ち寄りください。

Rooted in tradition and shaped by modern technique, our menu blends global influences with thoughtful, contemporary execution. Inspired by the French word gourmand, one who truly appreciates exceptional food and drink, we approach dining with both precision and creativity. Classic dishes are reimagined, new ideas are explored, and each plate is crafted to be both refined and inviting. The experience is further elevated by handcrafted mocktails prepared table side from our signature mocktail cart, adding a personal and interactive element to each evening.

Michelin Star Chef Josh Laurano's menu focuses on modern interpretations of familiar Italian flavors, house made pastas, focaccia & secondi. We pride ourselves on seasonality, using local ingredients, and allowing them to be the soul of the menu - Materia Prima. If you do not see your desired time or party size please check RESY or call the restaurant directly . We do not put all tables online to allow for phone reservations and walk in's. Please include all guests in your party including those who may be in strollers or high chairs. While we love to celebrate life's special occasions with you, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing balloons into our dining rooms.We try our best to accomodate all requests and preferences, however tables located along the window are seated on a first come first served basis.

    It was a beautiful dining experience!! Four of us for the first time dining at Gourmand. The food is creative and delicious. Service is 1st class and very friendly. We enjoy the service of both Freddy and Shannon. We shared and enjoyed 3 appetizers: Blue Fin Tuna, Scallops and Bacon and the Chicken. For dinner 2 had Birria Ramen, one Chicken and one Spicy Rigatoni. Dessert we enjoyed 1 strawberry and 1 chocolate gelato! Food exceeded our expectations. Overall a really wonderful dining experience. We will be back very soon.

    Our meat was excellent. I was especially pleased with the pork special I had — one of the most delicious I’ve eaten at Da Filippo’s. We love this restaurant and are never disappointed.

    We sat outside on a beautiful Saturday night hence the noise level was low. Not sure how it is on the inside. Food, service, and the menu was spot on.
