Helmed by Chef Elijah Arizmendi, whose career has taken him through acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurants such as Per Se, Robuchon, and Restaurant Daniel, LUCIEN offers guests a 12 course tasting menu experience that captures what we love about California cuisine. Each dish is designed around ingredients at peak seasonality, sourced through close, ongoing relationships with local farmers, fishermen, and artisans.
