    Sushi by Bou completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how gorgeous the space is. The ambiance is intimate, stylish, and perfect for a date night or special occasion. It has such a cozy, upscale vibe that makes the entire experience feel unique. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Our server was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome. The omakase experience was incredible—every bite was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Some of my favorite bites were the Big Mac, the toro, and the bone marrow with toro. Each one was absolutely delicious and so creative. The quality of the fish was outstanding, and you can really tell how much care goes into every course. If you’re looking for amazing sushi, an unforgettable omakase experience, and a beautiful, intimate atmosphere, Sushi by Bou is definitely worth visiting. I can’t wait to come back!
