They were colorful, tasty and presented so artfully. I had the halibut and it was cooked just right, not overcooked. I loved the eggplant mixture that. was served on top of it. The dessert, a flourless chocolate cake was baked while we waited. It was warm and moist and topped with vanilla ice cream.
