The award-winning Appellation is recognised as South Australia’s world-class regional dining destination and headlines the offering at The Louise. Framed by large windows with views to the vines and featuring private dining nooks, the restaurant is perfect for an intimate dining experience, driven both by generations of Barossa culture and contemporary Australian style and innovation. Executive Chef Sam Cooper offers a seasonal tasting menu for $175 per person.
