Das Essen war sehr besonders: die einzelnen Geschmäker und Komponenten waren aufeinander abgestimmt, manchmal überraschene Kombinationen, aber jeder einzelne war zu schmecken. Auch handwerklich, die Liebe zu Detail, ausgezeichnet. Ich hatte eine vegetarisches Menü, heutzutage noch immer eine Herausforderung, war hervorragend und kein " dann lassen wir einfach mal das Fleisch weg". Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam und auch mit schwarzem Humor nicht aus der Ruhe zu beringen. Die Athmosphäre hat gestimmt. Alles in allem der beste Fine Dining Abend, den wir bisher hatten- und wir hatten schon einige..

Sehr gut zusammengestelltes Menue. Jeder Gang ein neuer Höhepunkt. Sehr gute Beschreibung der jeweiligen Weine. Weinbegleitung war mir zu viel. Nöchstes Mal bleibe ich bei max drei Weinen!

Aquarella : une expérience à partager Nous avons dîné hier soir à l'Aquarella et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. Le décor est très beau et soigné. Seul petit bémol : l'éclairage est un peu trop intense, et une lumière plus tamisée rendrait l'ambiance encore plus chaleureuse. Le menu 5 services est digne des grands restaurants. Chaque plat était réussi, du premier au dernier service. Un grand merci au chef pour ce parcours culinaire. Le service était à la hauteur de la cuisine. Nos deux serveurs ont été très sympathiques et courtois, attentionnés sans jamais être envahissants. Je recommande l'Aquarella sans hésiter, pour une soirée à partager entre amis, en couple ou en famille. ⭐⭐⭐⭐½

Auf Englisch: This is my 2nd time to this wonderful restaurant. I had completely forgotten how a fancy French restaurant isn’t your run of the mill neighbourhood experience. You have to commit three hours here to experience the gastronomical delights the chef will prepare for you. The food is very enjoyable, but also not simple. You will find many of the servings with a unique palate signature. A suggestion: don’t travel for 12 hours with jet-lag and then have this, make sure you are well rested, and take this seriously as an event.
