He gave a great overview of the menu with wonderful descriptions and knowledgeable recommendations. The food was absolutely incredible! I had the fresh bacon which was so meaty, tender, and flavorful. My wife enjoyed the cucumber gazpacho as it was flavorful and colorful. I had the corn risotto with the crispy skin trout, and it was amazing. The trout was perfectly cooked, and the risotto with the corn was extremely flavorful. My wife enjoyed the mushroom pappardelle entrée as it was delicious. Lively but not noisy at all. We had bread, roasted garlic, and olives to start - not a crumb left in site. We all got pastas - lasagna , gnocchi and the cappalletti. Perfect portion sizes - we literally licked our plates clean. I’ll be dreaming about that cappalletti for a while.
