Yesterday was my wife and my second time at Don Alfonso and for the second time we said it was the best meal of our lives. Beyond the food, the service is undeniably impeccable and yet so personable. We had the same server as we did 8 months ago and not only did she remember us, she remembered what we ordered previously along with details of our last visit and expertly walked us through the menu differences between then and now. We also had a phenomenal sommelier who's name I can't remember, that's my failing, who went above and beyond as to even give us the name and contact details of the wine import company who had procured the best bottle of rose wine we've ever had, and I'm not a fan of rose in general. Thank you Chef Davide for the amazing food (Il-Tonno is my personal fave along with your backstory on it's creation), Maria for being so kind and just a genuine pleasure to speak with, and our sommelier both for humouring our incessant questions and pointing us where to find that amazing Deltetto wine. We look forward to seeing you all again soon.

This lovely old Inn did not disappoint. Everything was perfect. Alexa made us feel like we were in her home dining on a meal she spent all day preparing. A truly special experience. Highly recommend you give it a try!

2nd time here. We can’t believe that people aren’t beating a path to their door. The food is absolutely delicious and great atmosphere. Wine Wednesday offered 1/2 price wine. We shared a Caesar Salad, gnocchi and a pizza. All dishes were excellent but the highlights were the gnocchi, pillowy soft with a delectable sauce and the pizza. The crust is in a class of its own. You need to go here. Treat yourself. Pricing is very reasonable for the quality.
