9.5/10 overall experience! The ambience was beautiful and lively from the moment we walked in. My boyfriend and I were seated fairly quickly, and the service was an absolute 10/10. I forgot our waitress's name, but she was extremely friendly, fast, and professional. Even the rest of the staff was proactive about clearing tables. Wow! Most of the food was amazing. While the grilled Caesar salad and the chicken with mushrooms were just okay, it didn't dampen our experience at all. We don’t live nearby, but we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful dinner. We loved the changes in the menu, adding the pork chop, peach salad and pastas. We will try to go more regularly.

Eataly Century City never disappoints. This has become one of our absolute favorite places in Los Angeles, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. Ambiance: 5/5. Service: 5/5. Food: 5/5. Everything we've tried has been consistently excellent. The pizza is fantastic, the pasta is always delicious, the salads are fresh, and the wine selection is outstanding. Whether we're stopping in for a casual lunch, date night, or family dinner, the experience is always top-notch. What makes Eataly so special is that it's much more than just a restaurant. You can shop for authentic Italian products, enjoy an amazing meal, grab a glass of wine, and finish with gelato, pastries, or cannoli. It's truly an experience. My wife and I love it, and our entire family loves it too. I honestly can't stop raving about this place. The quality, atmosphere, and consistency are hard to beat. If you're looking for great Italian food and a fun dining experience, Eataly Century City is a must-visit.

I like this place. Used to live nearby, but moved in 2024. I now travel 17 miles to go to this place. It has a low key vibe, service is good, and the food is good. It's inside a Nordstrom at the mall. So, it's a good spot in between shopping errands and seeing a movie at the AMC. They have a happy hour and a bar. They share pretty much the same menu as Cafe Verde at Century City & The Grove, which is blocks from me, but I prefer this location and they have French Onion soup which the others don't.

There was no wait and we were seated immediately. Our waiter, Jonathan, was very friendly and very helpful getting us started on their rewards program. Food was hot and tasty
