My sister was in town from Cincinnati and she wanted to go to a nice dinner so naturally, it wasn’t even a choice….Frankie’s hands down! The food was amazing, service was top-notch. The Chef’s Seabass, stuffed raviolis and vodka sauce was amazing! The Frankie’s old-fashioned never disappoints. However, I realized something when we were there… It’s something that I sort of always knew, but didn’t really put it together. I’ve been coming to Frankie’s for around seven years now since I moved into the area. This is what I noticed… Most of the servers that I knew back then are still there… after seven years. For food service, that is very rare. The younger staff is extremely friendly, bartenders look like they’re having a good time. That right there is a testament to management. Frankie, the owner is extremely involved in the operations on a nightly basis. He is right there working side-by-side with his staff. The way management treats his employees definitely reflects down to the customers because we receive excellent customer service. If you’ve been to Frankie’s, you know what I’m talking about, if you haven’t been to Frankie’s… What are you waiting for? You will not be disappointed. I can guarantee you that!

Outstanding service from Genesis, who not only provided exceptional attention to our routine eating and drinking needs, but she was also able to introduce us to a variety of new and innovative items on the menu, including some of the most interesting mixology selections. A gigantic shout out to Genesis who represents the bar/restaurant VERY well!
