Nestled on a beautiful part of the Los Angeles River Bike Path in the Elysian Valley. Lingua Franca is a place of warmth and nostalgia…the feeling of being at home. Chef Peter Lemos, a contestant on Food Network's Chopped & formerly of restaurants up and down the coast such as Domaine Chandon, Craft, SPQR, The Bazaar, and L&E Oyster Bar, is cooking dishes that speak to his heart and soul, such as The LF Burger which is made from scratch, down to the bun. His wife & partner Lauren has curated an intricate list of wine & vermouth-based cocktails. Come enjoy a sip & bite while surrounded by Egret, Great Blue Heron, & a plethora of wildlife that inhabits the river in our front yard. We serve New Californian American cuisine, brunch & dinner, with happy hour daily from 3-6 *All night Happy Hour on Mondays! We are family friendly, with booster seats, high chairs, a changing table in the bathroom, and even crayons! We are also dog friendly. Welcome!
