やや濃い目のトマト味が多いのですが、生パスタなど総じて、アメリカで食べるイタリアンとしては美味しい部類です。地域性込みで4 めメインの肉が鶏のピカタかパルメザン揚げくらいしかなくて、そこが残念ですが、ズッキーニのフライやブッラータとトマトのサラダ、牛のカルパッチョなど、美味しいものが多いです。ピッツァはアメリカンスタイルですが、多くの店よりマトモです ワインは多種揃ってます。半分がイタリアワインで、品種もいろいろあるので楽しめました
