    Fabulous Hudson Valley Restaurant Week meal. Great value and delicious food. NY Strip cooked perfectly, with creamed spinach and mashed potatoes. Lobster bisque to start and tiramisu for dessert . Normal menu prices are very high , but this is a lively restaurant for a special occasion.

    We had an especially delicious dinner at Under Hill and enjoyed that the piano player and singer kept to a quieter level so we could enjoy his excellent musical ability but also converse comfortably with each other.

    Three of us shared dishes and all of them were delicious! The lamb lollipops were the star - tender, flavorful, textured with panko and generous portions! The chicken sandwich got big thumbs up and the sliced steak sandwich was amazing, especially the rich jus. Even the sweet potato and regular fries impressed! My mango margarita was yummy! Friendly and professional servers made it special, along with a cool, simple setting. Highly recommended!
