The Last slice is a modern twist of the classic Lebanese style Pizza, known as Manoush. Located in the heart of Sydney Olympic Park, established to share a piece of our culture with you! Manoush is a flatbread, traditionally topped with a drizzle of freshly pressed olive oil and tangy Zaatar (Oregano). But it doesn’t stop there! Other toppings such as various cheeses, veggies, labna (yoghurt spread) and meat are used to make the most tastiest flavoured Manoush. This dish is generally served for breakfast in the villages of Lebanon. The smell of manoush as it is being prepared will sure to make your stomach rumble and take you back to the markets of the middle east. In addition, we offer a variation of traditional middle eastern pastries such as Kaak, Pides and Scrolls. Be sure to pair it up with our aromatic freshly roasted coffee. For our lunch and dinner menu, we offer a variety of mouth watering Gourmet Style Pizzas! Perfect for work lunch breaks or family dinner nights.
