We started with oysters and octopus, both incredibly fresh and perfectly prepared. For dinner, I had the Chilean Sea Bass, which was one of the best fish dishes I’ve had in a long time. The quality of the seafood is immediately noticeable, and every plate that came to our table was beautifully presented. What really stood out was the service. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive, and made great recommendations without ever making us feel rushed. The staff worked together seamlessly, and it felt like everyone genuinely cared that we had a great experience! The service is impeccable, where the wait staff work in tandem to offer a seamless dining experience. The ambience is truly old world, with white table cloths and gentlemen in tuxedos. Every request is honored and the water and wine glasses are tended to in a timely manner. We tried an appetizer special, organic sweet sausage and sauteed broccoli rabe, and it was just delicious, as was our seafood salad. The Chilean seabass was perfectly cooked and beautifully plated. I opted for the grilled Berkshire pork chop (cooked specifically the way I like it, with a light blush center) Italian long hot peppers, mushrooms, onions and fried potatoes. What a great choice!
