Peppercorn’s Grill is owned and operated by brothers Sal and Dino Cialfi, who brought their Roman training and family recipes to Hartford when they purchased the restaurant in 1989. The tasting menu was absolutely fantastic. I was thoroughly impressed not only with the quality and flavor profiles of the menu, but also the wine pairing and unique dishes that were created by the wonderful Chef. The service was also impeccable, a rarity in recent years regardless of how high end the restaurant has been. Kudos! We will be back.
