    We had another awesome birthday dinner celebration at this Benihana. Our chef Elijah was skillful, talented and entertaining. We all ordered chateaubriand steaks and lobsters and they were cooked perfectly. The chateaubriand had a nice seared crust on the outside and it was a perfect juicy medium rare. The lobster was fresh and well seasoned with a hint of freshly squeezed lemon juice. His fried rice was very flavorful and it had a bit of a nice rice crisp. Elijah was very nice and entertaining to us all. He has definitely elevated our dinner to being very fun and enjoyable. He is a Superstar Chef! We also wanted to share a great acknowledgement to our wonderful server Cyan. She was very thoughtful and delightful. We appreciate her warmth and kindness as she continued to check on us throughout dinner, and she timed perfectly with clearing our dishes and providing our refills of our drinks. She was also an awesome photographer as she took a couple of great photos of us. Cyan was indeed a Superstar Server. Thank you Elijah and Cyan for the wonderful and memorable dinner experience. We highly recommend your restaurant and we will be back soon to celebrate more special occasions at your restaurant.
