My reservation was stolen by two individuals that I did not know and updated to 3 people instead of 6. The staff at Al Biernat’s was still able to accommodate us and handled the situation perfectly. I am so grateful for them as this was a very important business dinner!

The place was packed and had a nice buzz - a bit loud as we were sat right by the front door and next to the bar both but we were able to talk fine. The food was great. We had fried chicken, mac n cheese and the crab cake. All fantastic. The deviled eggs were a bit too vinegar for us. The service was spectacular. We took home some gumbo and pecan pie. Cannot wait to go back!

The purpose of the meal was to discuss business over dinner. This is a favorite Dallas restaurant for the out-of-town people who had come to Dallas to meet with a Dallas resident. The food, service, meal choices with specials, and ambience were excellent as always. The overall noise level in the restaurant when it became fully seated was a bit loud, but we were able to successfully complete our discussions comfortably without issue. Al Biernat's North Dallas is excellent!

Amazing food, amazing ambiance, and amazing service.

Heather, our server, was outstanding. She was helpful, attentive and went above expectations to make it a great birthday party. Ricardo, our cook, was friendly, fun, and did a great job with all the special effects. Food was really good. Overall one of the very best dinners and experiences at Benihana’s and we have been going there for over 30 years!
