メリフィールドの中心部にあるファミリーレストランです。昨今ではメリフィールドでレストランを選ぶのは、ピムリコ競馬場で一次予選前に勝ち馬を選ぶようなもので、選択肢も多く、どの店が良いのか判断するのは難しくなっています。でも、ちょっとおしゃれな本物のアメリカの昔ながらの店、Ted’s BULLETINができた今はもう店選びに迷うことはありません。メニューにはおいしいブルーベリーパイなど、大人も子供も楽しめるおなじみの料理が並びます。BULLETINは古いものとは無縁の飾り立てない店ですが、ジョー・フレージャーが1965年に初めてタイトル争いをした旧フィリーズ・コンベンション・ホール（Philly's Convention Hal）の装飾や照明は特別です。
