Haus Rösgen is open for dinner and lunch services. Guests can choose from a variety of creatively plated dishes. An appetizer of escargot in a Cafe de Paris sauce or tomato mozzarella with basil will please the palate. Argentinean beef steak filet with rosemary potatoes, spiced minced rolls or monkfish in lemon herb sauce are wonderful entrée choices. Haus Rösgen also offers vegetarian options. It has a full bar and accepts reservations.

Seit April 2016 gehört das Bistro Fatal, geführt von Sarah & Alexandre Bourgueil, ausgezeichnet mit dem BIB Gourmand vom Guide Michelin, in Düsseldorf zu den gastronomischen Highlights der Landeshauptstadt. Warum Femme Fatale, wenn man fatal schlemmen kann? Hier wird geschätzte klassische Bistroküche mit Sternegastronomie à la française serviert, auf der Karte schaut man vom Austern Plateau aus auf bretonische Artischocke und Tartar de bœuf. Abgerundet werden Mille-feuille und Crêpes Suzette mit einer Auswahl überwiegend französischer Naturweine, die zum Verkosten einladen. Wenn dies nicht bereits vom familiären Service angeboten wurde!Charmante Bodenfliesen, kleine Bistrotische, moderne Wandkunst runden die tolle Atmosphäre ab – im Sommer lassen sich Speisen und Wein auf der Außenterasse genießen. So manch ein Gast verglich den Restaurantsbesuch im Bistro Fatal mit dem Gefühl des Nachhausekommens – auf der Hermannstraße hat das Bistro definitiv eine schöne Bleibe gefunden.
