As one would expect, you need to pay for all this elegance - and you do, but it is a bit pricey, as are most things in the world these days. Oh, great wine and bourbon lists. The pork belly lollipops are a must-order (seriously, just get them), and the shrimp cocktail with sweet tiger shrimp and spicy cocktail sauce was excellent. The walleye was perfectly cooked with crispy skin and paired beautifully with the risotto and brussel sprouts. The hospitality was just as impressive as the food.
