This was our first time to Cooper’s Hawk and it won’t be our last. My husband and I went for our anniversary dinner and it was exquisite. My friend had been telling me to go as she is a regular. They did not disappoint. Jordan was our server and she mentioned she had only been there for about four months but she could’ve fooled us. She was the absolute best server we’ve ever had anywhere. She explained every detail from the wine, menu to the food saying everything is made from scratch even down to the drizzle you see on the dessert cake. We will for sure be asking for Jordan when we return, yes she said you can request your favorite server.

Visiting from California, wanted good Maryland lump crab cake and they delivered big time, hubby had shrimp & grits and it was some of the best we’ve tasted, definitely will return when visiting, highly recommend.

Another outstanding meal! Brought my cousins this time and they thoroughly enjoyed it.

This is our 2nd time at Modan and it sure doesn’t disappoint. food is incredible. The staff is excellent Angelique at the front and the best server is Fanco. So attentive and welcoming.

Exceptional food and great service. We ordered the Chef's Mix Grill and were told it would take time, but came out fairly quickly. Each dish had great portions and spectacular taste. Really enjoyed our evening.
