Kellybrook is a winery set in a vineyard, garden and bush oasis 45 minutes from Melbourne. The first licensed winery in the Yarra Valley (1970), it is operated by the Kelly family.Share platters, tastings and drinks are available for cellar door visitors. There is always a warm welcome and, in the cooler months, a crackling open fire. Our friendly team will give you an experience to remember. An extensive range of small batch wines are made on site, including sparkling wines, Chardonnay, Rosé, Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Cabernet. The Kelly family has also been producing traditional and modern styles of cider for over 50 years. These include Kelly Brothers ciders, bottle fermented cider and apple brandy. Wines and ciders available for tasting (seated & max 6 people unless booked prior), take away or by the bottle or glass to enjoy in the cellar door or gardens.Picnics may be ordered from the cellar door to enjoy in the gardens. Prosciutto Bros. is a warehouse factory converted into a Craft Bar, a big red brick building in the industrial area of Eltham, frequented by locals who love an icy craft beer, with 20 Craft Beer taps and a great wine list to match. Prosciutto Bros menu is designed for sharing, very home-style Italian, featuring imported smoked, salted, preserved and cooked meats and cheeses showcased on display in our deli window, served as antipasti platters, charcuterie and cheese boards. We also have a wood fired oven, where an array of pizzas are cooked, some topped with meatballs, salami's and of course Prosciutto, a range of other plates, like a trio of dips with freshly baked bread, home-made meatballs, home-made gnocchi and many other "Little Tings".     This was our first time dining at The Smoke Pit, from the moment we entered staff were friendly and welcoming. Acknowledged it was a birthday and gave us a free cap, which was a great touch .The food was sensational, beef brisket melted in your mouth, sauces were delicious, sides of corn ,slaw, mac n cheese and chips all were amazing, Burgers fabulous, ribs very good. Sausages very tasty. Finished with the pie which were all fantastic. They were extremely busy but, got all of our meals out in a great amount of time, never made us feel rushed, in fact we were the last to leave, tremendous service by all staff. Perfect atmosphere great music. Well done to you all, certainly had a great night, we'll be back.
