For well over 100 years, the Shelburne Pub has drawn visitors and locals who enjoy its old-world ambiance. Innovative menus showcasing fresh, local ingredients are the order of the day. Our chefs showcase the bounty of one of the richest culinary regions of the Pacific Northwest. Featured local wines and micro-brewed beers of the region are served in an elegant and enchanting setting. Cozy corners, a stately dining room, and sparkling bar seating make a quick drink or a leisurely meal a treat. Outdoor seating is available on the south deck weather permitting. Happy Hour offered daily from 3-5pm ($1.00 off beer and wine).

Serving up our take on Mediterranean fare with a NW twist.Started in 2024 by Melissa Barber and Brett Meyer, Civil strives to combine local and regional ingredients with flavors and techniques from the Mediterranean, inspired and informed by Brett’s experience growing up in Spain and Morocco. Inspired by local ingredients at the peak of their season, Chef Aaron Bedard creates a nightly feast celebrating the flavors of the food mecca known as Oregon.Kick off your evening with a classic craft cocktail as you await a seasonal prix fixe, four-course dinner, with your choice of entrée. Add on our suggested wine pairings to your meal or a bottle from our prized selection of exceptional Oregon wines that showcase the state’s spectacular variety of producers and styles. We are happy to accommodate dietary needs, please list needs at time of reservation.During the winter season, we offer 1 seating at 5:30pm, nightly. During the summer and spring season, we offer 2 seatings nightly, at 5:30 pm and 8:00 pm by reservation only. Please note that The Stephanie Inn dining room welcomes children over 12 years of age.
