Three Tomatoesを取り戻すため、新しいアイデア、レシピ、素晴らしいワインを探し求め、長年イタリア全土を広く旅してきました。インスピレーションの源は、トラットリアスタイルの料理のシンプルで新鮮でヘルシーな地元の食材であり続けています。イタリアのトラットリアで食事をすることはイタリアの家族と一緒に食事をするようなものです。くつろいだ雰囲気の時も騒々しい時もありますが、常にフレンドリーです。自宅にいるようにくつろげる場所、仲間で集まる場所です。暖炉、煮込んだソースの香り、ロースト肉、焼き魚、特注の薪オーブンで焼いたピザがトラットリアのキッチンを温かく保ってきました。新しく改訂されたワインリストは、イタリア国際ワインコンクール（Vinitaly）やスローフードのテッラ・マードレへの参加から、かつ、イタリア本土、シチリア島、サルデーニャ島にわたるブドウ園の訪問からインスピレーションを得た価値のある優れたワインの選択によって一層充実したものとなっています。Three Tomatoesは、ワイン、料理、共生をトラットリア生活の重要な部分とする精神を持っています。

Tasteful Station is located in a train station built in 1917 in the heart of Poultney, Vermont. Created by Nicole Bower and Arthur Hollinger, Tasteful Station features a sophisticated menu that changes weekly prepared with fresh local ingredients. The dining room and bar make you feel like you have stepped back in time to the 1920's. Enjoy a classic cocktail with a twist, a glass of wine or a craft beer from one of many great local breweries on the covered patio or relax in a velvet bar stools. At Tasteful Station, your food is prepared by chef, Arthur Hollinger who is self-taught. Hollinger grew up in the southwest suburbs of Chicago and what brought him to Vermont was hockey at Castleton State College. Since then, he has settled in Rutland, Vermont. Nicole Bower is not new to the restaurant industry. She owns, The Cluckin Café in Pittsford & Poultney, Vermont and The Rollin’ Rooster Food Trucks. You are guaranteed to be left satisfied and looking forward to your next visit!
