Burdell is centered on nostalgia, family recipes, thoughtful and sustainable sourcing, and the forgotten impact of Black farming, ranching, fishing, foraging, and culture on American cuisine and hospitality. 今回初めて訪れたサンフランシスコの最初の夕食がこちらで大正解！ラディッキオとジャガイモの二品は失礼ながら期待を裏切るものでした。見た目のインパクトと味のインパクトが素晴らしい。ネットを見る限り『シーフード屋さん』のイメージでしたが、なんのなんの『素晴らしい料理屋さん』です。個人的には大お勧めしたいです。
