Alyssa Ladner serves as the General Manager, overseeing the front of house and the beverage program. She collaborates closely with Chef de Cuisine Ky’tana Bradley, who manages the kitchen.Originally launched as a casual taco concept in 2022, Paloma has transformed over the past two years into something much more sophisticated. While tacos remain available at the bar, our dinner menu now showcases a selection of artfully crafted appetizers, main courses, and desserts, with steaks being a highlight.     We had a party of six for dinner last night. We could not have had a better time. Tonya did a fantastic job serving us and Janine’s wine recommendation was perfect for our group. Aside from the hour drive it took for us to get there, the evening was perfect. Our appetizers were great Cru Salad is a must Wow. Chicken very good as well. As far as the main course the filet was very flavorful, the duck was a hit and the salmon very good as well. We needed a gluten free option and boy did they accommodate. From the bread to the dessert they did a great job.

    Lovely meal at Paloma with friends! Beautiful ambience, low noise level so we could enjoy our conversation, plus very attentive service, amazing freshly made guacamole, excellent prix fixe menu specials! Thoroughly enjoyed Paloma and will be back soon!
