Seattle restaurant weekにて訪問。Appeはボリュームもあり、味も美味しかった。mainのブレゼの筋が固すぎたのと、量も少なかったように思いました。ただ、ソースや付け合わせなど、味付けに関してはどれも本当に美味しかったです。他の料理も食べてみたいのでまた伺います。
