Tae Rak Aquaculture Centre and Café sits quietly on the shores of Tae Rak (Lake Condah), surrounded by birdlife, expansive views and bushland. Overlooking the World Heritage listed Budj Bim Cultural Landscape, the Bush Tucker Café offers a dining experience deeply connected to Country and culture. The Signature Kooyang Tasting Platters invite guests to explore traditional foods through a contemporary lens, celebrating one of the world’s oldest known aquaculture systems.
