Outstanding fresh King salmon that was prepared excellently.

From the time we entered the restaurant, we felt welcomed. The waitstaff was friendly and offered suggestions. The table was ready immediately. The food was delicious!!! The Crawfish Po’boy was amazing. Perfect. My husband said the Mahi mahi taco were good too. Our water was refilled many times. Great view of the river from where we sat. We liked the denim seating and linens. It was a great dining experience.

Rye was one of the definitely one of the better dining experiences I’ve had in Appleton. I started with a half dozen fresh oysters and a crisp, flavorful wedge salad, and both were outstanding. I ordered the Snake River Farms Wagyu medium-rare, and it was cooked absolutely perfectly with an incredible sear, and rich flavor. The service was attentive, and the atmosphere felt both upscale and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend Rye to anyone looking for an exceptional steak dinner.

All of the staff is very friendly! We had Rebecca as our bartender and she was awesome!! She created the best drink starting with a raspberry cosmo, and then added some coconut syrup after learning that’s what I like in a drink. It’s my new favorite! We had Fiko as our waiter and he was wonderful. Great service and very friendly. The entire experience was one of the best I’ve had with a restaurant! Food was amazing also! This will be our place to go whenever we are in Elkhart Lake, WI.
