BRUNCH WAS AMAZING, NICE PLACE TO BRING FAMILY AND FRIENDS

Last night, my husband and I finally got to enjoy Bloom Southern Kitchen. Colleen was very personable and gave us feedback on great dishes. We started with the Nashville Deviled Eggs, because we still had nine minutes of Happy Hour, so we decided to take advantage of it. They were ok. For dinner, I had the cornmeal catfish and cornbread. I felt there was a little too much batter to fish ratio but it was still good. The red beans, rice, and corn complimented the dish. I really liked the hot honey and cinnamon butter that accompanied the cornbread skillet. My husband had the jambalaya and he said it’s one of the best he’s ever had. When I saw Sweet Home Alabama as a drink I had to try it; one of my favorite movies is Sweet Home Alabama. To end our meal on a sweet note, we had the peach cobbler and it was ridonculous!!!! Thank you for the complimentary app for Happy Hour to use. We’ll find some time before the end of the month to return!!!

We had dinner at the Costal Grille for the first time on a Tuesday night. I was shocked by the high number of servers present which made the service immediate! The menu was full of options and the meals were both excellent! We will definitely visit this establishment again, even considering the 25 minute drive it took.

Matthew, our server, made our meal so much more enjoyable. Super kind and thoughtful. Your food is always delicious!
