お客は確かに基本的に受け身です。 でも、もし、そのお店の食べ物がものすごくよいもので、調理技術もとてもよかった場合、サーブが悪かったから２ポイントだと評価するのは簡単です。 でも、お店というのはお客さんが作っていくものでもあるのではないかと思うんです。 自分は、このお店のその日の入荷したものを見て、「このキングクラムは素揚げしてからオーブン焼きにして」とか頼んじゃいます。前もって好みの調理を本で見ておいてから行くんです。 このお店はそれを歓迎してくれます。そこはポイントですね。 自分はそういう意味で気に入っています。 友達に進めないのは、こんないいお店を紹介したくないからなんです(笑)
