At Ramona we specialise in dough and traditional Italian techniques that place craftsmanship at the centre of everything we do. We hand shape and hand cut all of our pasta using local organic pasture fed eggs, creating textures and flavours that reflect care and precision. Our focaccia and pizza dough are naturally leavened and fermented for a minimum of forty eight hours using a blend of three flours developed especially for us, resulting in dough with depth, structure and character.Our food is complemented by a considered drinks selection designed to sit comfortably alongside our menu.
