The wait staff was outstanding-friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They were kind enough to seat the one member of our party that got there early. We started with the strawberry Burrata which is a very tasty summertime appetizer. Both had a lovely piece of mango cheesecake free for our birthdays. I went to say hello to my friend and bartender “Danny” one of the areas best! Had the Brenton Old Fashioned (I’m sure I have the name wrong!) it was by far the best combination of bourbon, orange and candied bacon! Take a small bite of the bacon and then a sip of the drink and walla! MAGIC! Our server was just perfect! Friendly knowledgeable and attentive. The rest of my party ordered wine and a mocktail and they were happy. Our dinner! It was the special Alaskan Halibut and it did not disappoint. We each ordered it! I’ve never had this fish before and was honestly cooked to perfection. Broiled and seared with a corn sauce was a delightful combo. Dessert was the crème brûlée and again, perfect and lovely. Made my taste buds sing! Following that, I enjoyed the filet skewers, done to perfection, with a mildly spicy swirl of sauce and a small mound of slaw. In all, a tasty combination of flavors and textures. Meanwhile, my husband enjoyed salmon topped with pesto, whipped potatoes and asparagus. Outstanding food; outstanding service.
