ロサンゼルスに本拠を置く下田・デザイングループと、ハーウッド社のデザインチームが共同でデザインしたSaint Ann Restaurant & Barは、最新の設計コンセプトに基づくレストランで、そのガーデン・パティオはダラス随一の広さを誇ります。ハーウッド・インターナショナル社は、セイント・アン・コートの隣に位置するセント・アンズ・スクールの建物を、庭園とアートに囲まれたレストラン＆バーに改装しました。ランチ、ディナー、週末のブランチの時間帯に営業しており、ドリンクも楽しめます。 レストランの建物は1927年に建てられたもので、かつてはヒスパニック系の子供が通うダラスで初めての学校として使用されていました。ハーウッド・インターナショナル社は建物の構造を残すだけでなく、「グアダルーペの聖母」の壁画も保存しました。この壁画は現在、庭園のシンボルとなっています。2階建ての赤レンガ造りの建物は、1階がSaint Ann Restaurant & Barとなり、2階にはアン・ガブリエル・バルビエ・ミューラー美術館のサムライコレクションが展示されています。 パティオの利用は天候によって左右されるため、予約は受付けていません。当日、テーブルを予約済みのお客様を優先に、人数に応じてパティオにご案内いたします。
