The Golden Swan is a neighborhood French tavern that occupies a historic West Village townhouse. The concept was inspired by an iconic New York restaurant of the same name that served as a den for artists and thieves in the 1900s. Chef Brixton's menu is rooted in sourcing, ensuring that every single ingredient that is served comes from the best possible place and is of the highest quality.
