This place is very magical! Atmosphere is so beautiful and the service is excellent. The food is amazing! I have nothing bad to say. We celebrated my friends birthday and the piece of piece of cake we all shared, because it was so big was so delicious! When I have a special occasion I always bring my them here.

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience there. Wonderful atmosphere! Great Happy Hour Specials! Menu offered good selections. The "date night" special offers a nice way to enjoy a complete meal.

1st time going and I loved it! I let them know on my reservation that we were celebrating my friends engagement and the staff gave her a hand written card, the sweetest gesture! Food was delicious and the DJ spinning on Thursday was great. The late night happy hour was perfect! Only suggestion from an aging millennial is a smidge more lighting at the table so we can read the menu and sign our bill with a bit more ease.

Favorite spot to come to when I’m in Orlando I might just book a trip just to go again! It’s small, intimate and quiet. The staff is 11/10 they’re all very easy on the eyes and so polite and kind. The food is fantastic and the cocktails are also amazing!

We returned to the Ritz for their Mother’s Day Tea and were absolutely thrilled to be served once again by Lorena, who is truly exceptional! We’ve had the pleasure of being in her care several times now, and each experience is more wonderful than the last. She bring such grace, warmth, and attention to detail—it’s like being welcomed by an old friend. From remembering our preferences to making each guest feel celebrated and special, Lorena elevates the entire experience. She is a true gem and one of the reasons we look forward to coming back time and time again!
